Welcome to Circular Strength Training

Connie Brown introduced me to Circular Strength Training this Spring. Scott Sonnon, is a martial artist par excellance and has designed an extraordinary system of physical training and healing. I have seen nothing better in 50 years of looking. Sonnon's system has 3 parts:

  • Body Flow which makes you fluid and connected
  • Warrior Wellness which integrates the movements
  • And Clubbells that allow you to build strength
For an introduction, read Scott Sonnnon's Getting Started With Your CST Wellness Program
If you want to get started, here is the best way. First, get a set ofclubbells. Start with the lightest ones.

Get the books and/or videos depending on how you learn best. I got the Bible called Circular Strength Training in both book form and video.

Then I got Warrior Wellness and Be Breathed tapes.
I also got the Body Flow book and tapes. Can you tell I am jazzed?
