welcome Carrie, We are glad you found us. Did you know breakfast has 4parts?
1. Eat within an hour of waking
2. Eat complex carb, I like oatmeal as it sticks with me, enjoy whole grain toast with eggs
3 proper amount of protein for your weight
4 everyday!
