Thanks Chlloe. I do truly enjoy breakfast already, but after three days, I find that I struggle to eat all the protein the program recommends. I have felt a little bogged down when I have done it, but I was definitely better able to focus on the task at hand rather than thinking about what I was going to eat next. I'm going to sit down this weekend and make me a breakfast meal plan for a week incorporating the recommended amount of protein. I think that will help me. Carrie:
