Today for breakfast, I had a piece of whole wheat toast with smart balance spread, 1 poached egg, 1/2 oz of roasted almonds, tea with splenda, and an orange. I need to keep working to up my protein intake. I'm going to prepare a meal plan for the week this weekend and hopefully that will help me get adequate protein in my diet.
