Sunday was my food prep day - Here is all what I made

So last week I learned that I need to be more prepared with having prepared food on hand. So Sunday was spent cooking for this upcoming week. Here is what I cooked and it is all program friendly.

Baked Oatmeal with berries: I am going to use this as my breakfast brown to have with my protein shake.

Yam cakes. They are both protein and complex carb so this will be used as my 10:00 morning snack.

The cooked up browns for lunches and dinners are: Potato Casserole; Black Bean Chili Salad.

The cooked proteins for lunches and dinners are: Chicken enchilada Bake; chicken fingers.

I do much better on raw veggies so I will be eating cucumbers and sweet peppers for veggies with my meals. And make sure to drink a glass of water with each meal.
