The face on the purple guy doesn't look like he's calling anyone a loser to me - he looks more confused or unhappy than mean.

The finger drumming one seems impatient to me. ("Any day now")

I think we just need to assume that we aren't trying to insult each other with smileys. I don't usually use them, but I can't resist right now
