Just wanted to check in and let you know I am still here
I have gained some weight since I started eating more protein and continued to inhale sugar. Over the past two weeks, I have reduced my sugar, even getting a few days without any. I am so very aware of my addiction right now. I say I am on step 2, working a good step two each day. I'd like to hear some of you share about how you read your journal to hear your body speak.
