Foods that suit me, like apples, carrots and yams give me incredible energy and joy. I note that.Other foods I mention as making me feel puffy and discontented i.e foods containing wheat, soy, msg or artificial sweeteners.
I discovered a delayed reaction. Sometimes two days after after I gobble down an orange and the juice of two grapefruit my lips get blistered. This helped me see the need to alternate or rotate citrus .
