Think out side the breakfast food box. Is there other protein sources you like? I have read how others will eat chicken breast for breakfast. Do you like cottage cheese? I rotate my breakfasts either protein drink, or eggs or cottage cheese. I also like steel cut oats with protein powder added. Good luck. Chloe
