Doreen, I have done a ton of research on cholesterol. can recommend a google and you might be surprised at what you find out. Lots of reliable evidence-based articles
eggs aren't the culprit, as they used to be. So I dont worry about that any more
the other thing to consider I reckon, like Chloe says, is to think a little
different Like I sometimes have what you would call dinner foods for breakfast. Chilli for instance - and I know theres some good vegetarian chilli recipes around!
