Thanks Colette. You gave me some food for thought LOL! I just can't imagine people being so understanding at Ranch. I guess I think of Ranch as being like Radiant Recovery heaven. (and I might not be good enough to get in yet) And I will try shake again. I really don't want to go on meds so I will keep trying with breakfast. Laura
