so I can heartily recommend step 3 list. theres a wealth of experience going on in there. I wish I'd utilised all that on my first run through

what helped me most to do step 3 was looking at planned snacks. I didnt have any and was getting from meal to meal with gritted teeth and determination. Learning how to use planned snacks was incredibly helpful :h11) And ever so steadying.
