I put my oats in my almond milk the night before in fridge and then have no issues with digesting them. (sometimes raw oats upset my stomach).

: and also Gretel who was a darling and
: offered to give up her last
: container from the
: old batch for me, because there was a
: back order till the new Restore
: came out.
: So, after many emails and lots of
: good will from some very Radiant
: People
: I proudly walked home from the post
: office yesterday with my first
: container of the new Restore,
: plus a few other items from the Store

: I was all excited this morning as I
: made my first Restore shake.
: It was heavenly!!!
: So easy to mix, so smooth and
: soothing
: I even dared put a tablespoon of
: uncooked rolled oats in it (was
: afraid it would be hard on my
: stomach) and it was just fine!
: I had it with whole rye toast on the
: side to make for enough complex
: carb.
: Tomorrow I will up the oats to 2
: tbsp. till I see just how much I
: can handle right inside my shake

: It's been a long process, getting to
: this shake.
: Kathleen warmly urged me to try it
: over a year ago, when I was just
: starting out and having stomach
: problems doing this and trying
: that. But I was too deep in my
: drama to listen.
