Sparrow, I thought mine was all over the place for ages! and I was trying to decode like mad and got nowhere

I think it depended on my step and things changing, I found that putting the focus on my step did sort it out in the end, so even getting step 1 happy helped with the evening

what step are you doing at the moment? is that part going ok for you?
