Re: Following through . . .?
In Response To: Following through . . .? ()

Hi Anna
I used to always start projects and then not complete them. And I was always coming up with plans to change things in my life. I was great at making plans, but I never managed to carry them out. That has gotten much better since doing the food, and I also have learned how to make changes in small increments instead of trying to do everything at once. It works much better.

: Hi Everyone,

: I just bought Potatoes Not Prozac,
: and am just beginning the learning
: process, and plan to begin the
: steps soon. I want to know if
: anyone with sugar sensitivity has
: had a lifelong pattern of not
: following through on things? I'm
: only asking because I saw this on
: the Radiant Recovery website, and
: wonder if this is common in people
: with SS. It certainly has been a
: lifelong pattern with me. Anyone
: else? Just curious. Boy, if
: solving my sugar sensitivity could
: break this pattern, I think my
: entire life would change.

: Look forward to your responses.
: Thanks so much.
