Great to hear from you again, we couldn't forget you! :)

I have had some problems on and off with my food, and have finally gotten them under control, and I have decided that like you, I need to exercise too, although for me, walking is my way of doing it. I did lots of walking in 2009 after I detoxed, and felt the best I have ever felt. Gives us that extra bit of Beta Endorphin I guess that we don't get without the exercise.
