Let us know how it goes for you. Oh and I remembered one more important thing that helped me to sleep better - I realized I had to get off the computer/t.v. by 9 pm. Any later, and it seemed to reawaken my brain. Then I got all wired and just couldn't get to sleep in a good way. Hope it helps! Hilda
