: So I have noticed that I have been

: I don't normally get depressed at

: yesterday I made a pact with

: for one week. I can use the one at

Hi Kari

I made myself give up TV for a month cause I got into the habit of watchin soaps in the evening instead of reading/playing with my boys. I started to get depressed and felt like a really bad mum! Happy to report my TV ban worked. I no longer watch dribble, and enjoy more time with my boys.

I wonder is becoming easily addicted to other things part of sugar sensitivity, or are we more sensitive to the effects of stress causing us to seek comfort in doing familiar things more often?

Good Luck hope you enjoy your week!
