You can get to the Step One list online at http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/radiantstepone

You will need to use the user ID and Password you used when you signed up for Yahoo.

I also noticed you signed up on the list with a Yahoo email. Did you want to do it that way? If so, you'll need to check your Yahoo mail for the list messages. The reason I ask is that some people only do that because they think they need to use a Yahoo email address, which they do not. So you can use your regular address if you prefer.

To send email to the Step One list, send it to radiantstepone@yahoogroups.com

You can get to the mens list at ://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/radiantmen and you can send email to that list by sending to radiantmen!yahoogroups.com

Again, if you signed up using your Yahoo email address, you will need to check for the emails at that address.
