Hi,

I'm in Australia and I'm trying to do 2 things: purchase both Kathleen's thesis and a course on beta endorphins.

I'm having trouble getting the shopping cart to accept both things in my order and billing me for them together. I'm also unable to get past the requirement that I give a state, when the name of the state I live in here in Australia is NOT in the list. Hence, I find myself in a continuous loop that won't complete my payment order until/ unless I say what state I'm in but.. I can't click on what state I'm in because it isn't listed.. and back again. I've tried different things to let the site know I'm from outside of America but nothing I can think of works.

Any ideas?
