I did try to access the chat room again yesterday, to see if Wed.'s experience had been a temporary thing and got the same result. Today I decided to check out the Parental Control part of security, as we had found it was blocking other sites. Voila, it showed that it was blocking chat sites, so I turned that off, tried the chat site again and it came up the way it was supposed to.
