If Java is enabled it should work and I'm not sure what is happeneing.

All I can think of is if the security settings on your browser are blocking the site. So make sure that Radiantrecovery.com is one of your trusted sites in your browser and that popups are not blocked.

Also, I'd suggest you close all browsers and reboot your computer and try again.

If that doesn't work, maybe let me know what browser you are using and the browser version.
