Ann,
If you are on a PC, use your mouse to mark (highlight) the text you want to copy. Once it is highlighted, hold down the "Ctrl" button and press the "C" button at the same time. Then go into the document you are copying it into, and hold down the "Ctrl" butt and press the "V" button at the same time. That should copy in the text from the newsletter to wherever you are wanting to copy it.
