How do I keep my sentences together and prevent the unwanted spacing when posting on the yahoogroups lists? Also, is the right place for me to be asking this question?

example:
"Hi, I just wanted to share the latest breakfast shake recipe I'm enjoying. Some
of you have
probably tried this already but I'll share this hear just in case.

The idea for this shake came from my experience at Ranch. I got the chocolate
almond
milk idea from Kathleen and the frozen berries idea from Jim. I said to myself
"hmm,
those both sound yummy to me lets try'em both in a shake." And guess what. I
love it! It
so delicious!"
