Hi Kitty - I have tried everything you said and still can't get in. My nephew is coming to town and he is a computer whiz, so I'll have him take a look and see if he can get it working!

I do have radiant recovery listed as a "safe" site. I'm running Internet Explorer 7.0. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with using Vista. My laptop is pretty new. Anybody else running vista having problems?
