I have 3 computers at home, the 2 newer ones both have Internet Explorer 7 installed (version 7.0.5730.13). I've been reading the Community Forum posts over the past couple of weeks but couldn't figure out how everyone was setting preferences and posting because there weren't any buttons/links for either. After I joined the Using Radiant Resources List and couldn't complete the first assignment (post to the Community Forums) I opened up the website on an old PC we have which runs Windows 98 and Internet Explorer 6. Low and behold there are so many more buttons and Links!

I figured that I couldn't have been the first person to come across this obstacle, but I ran a search and couldn't find any posts on it. So maybe I'll be the first to mention it anyway.
