Thanks, Kitty. The last time I got into chat was on July 2. I didn't try on July 9 (was busy that evening) and then on July 16 is when I had the trouble getting in. I had been getting in just fine for a couple months (I think) before then. Sounds like it was just something on my end. I won't be going to chat this week (23) because I'll be on vacation, but I'll try again on the 30 and see how it goes. Maybe there was just some glitch with my computer. Thanks for your response.
