I am really feeling frustrated here and have no clue where to go with the problem. For about a week, my posts on the step one list are coming through with formatting all screwed up.

This is not about an Android phone. I am sending them from my computer.

I responded to a previous link here, and my post never happened. After complaining, it finally showed up but, still never got a response.

No response about the issue on step one and I even tried step two to see if I was being heard. No response there, either. It rather feels like I am being ignored intentionally.

I am not a tech savvy kind of person, so troubleshooting this to any degree is not a strong suit for me.

My expression with the written word (as I usually do on step one) is often creative expression from my soul. To have it tampered with as it is now, is not something I want to continue.

Could someone please respond with some kind of answer? Surely there must be some kind of back-up in Kathleen's absence.
