Re: Beta endorphin spiking and 4 day crash

Hi Fiona. I think you are on to something here. There may be some balancing going on. The cravings are real and only last that day for a few hours. I do find myself eating and eating though from time to time. My journal is not clear. Sometimes I think it is emotional eating. Other times it is just plain hunger. I come from a place from no off button, but that was with sugary foods. So I am at a loss what is going on biochemically.
