It's not much fun having crash days is it :s8(

When you are having a "crash" day do you find that you don't concentrate or focus as well either?

You could maybe try having minced beef again if it worked for you before. In Australia minced beef is cheaper than chicken breasts but it may be different where you live.

Please let us know how your experiments go and what works for you.
