I think I should be ok with the mince. Looking back, I was eating 3 scoops of it per meal, which was 40 something grams of protein, when I only needed 17g as I weighed 105 pounds back then. The fact that I was eating so much protein would also have meant I was eating three times more fat than I would have been having if I'd just had the one scoop of mince that I needed. (One of those scoops with holes in that we use to drain foods with when we have boiled them.)

I was eating huuuuge amounts back then, lol. I didn't eat three scoops because I had downregulated to lesser amounts, I always had 3 from when I started eating it. I guess there can be too much of a good thing after all, lol.
