I've been thinking about why, in 2009, when I walked ( a lot) I never got the 4 day crashes that I had the past few weeks, and have come to the conclusion that the only reason can be that when I was having mince in 2009, I had enough fat (BE's) to buffer me from the effects of the walking, and so it didn't have a major effect on me, whereas this time, I was eating chicken breast and although I was having oil with it, I still must not have been having enough fat to buffer me, and so I was getting way too high and then crashing.
It's the only thing that makes sense, either that or different types of fat create different/better types of BE than others.
It's fascinating.
