My schedule has changed over the years so I don't need to snack now at all
but even on step seven for a while, few years really, because my working life/ fitting in with family mealtimes needed a bit of looking after, I would have breakfast at seven, lunch at twelve, a snack around four pm and then dinner at seven
at the time I felt the snack steadied me out a lot. I know the purpose of step three is no snacks, but on the other hand, a planned snack in the right place can work wonders in a busy day
I can remember starting a new job as well and I reckon it took about three months to settle. New things for me take a bit of bedding down. So just going easy on myself for a while was the order of the day.
I think with these things, we always carry our barometer with us, which is a lucky thing indeed Our bodies will tell us.
