Thank you for sharing your perspective, of how you focus on the positives of what you have, rather than what you've given up.

I have been doing a pretty good job of step 1 since November. I alternate between 2 different breakfast options and that simplicity seems to work for me. Now the journal, step 2, is where I'm stuck. I should probably join a group, class or list to move forward! Happy to hear you find it valuable.
