Re: New to the program, ,,,again.

You asked about my breakfast. Well I guess I am typical, or worse, because the first time I did not do more than the night time dinner routine. But just this week I started eating breakfast and a food journal. I ate 4 eggs (two whole eggs and two egg whites so I don't overdo the cholesterol , whole wheat toast and a smoothie of blueberries, spinach and flax seed. And this really sustained me until lunch. So I am off to a good start. :h2)
