Thanks for the input. What you say makes sense. I used to notice this when I drank coffee and at big dinners when I had lots of dessert.
Thing is, while I'm sure some of these symptoms could be related to sugar, I think I'm confusing them with anxiety. I became a binge eater because of severe anxiety at work. I discovered when I ate large amounts of sugar and fat, I calmed down and perked up - fast. It was just what I needed.
My blood sugar is still pretty unstable too. Sometimes, I think I just need to eat period - but I interpret it as I need junk food.
I'll keep playing the detective;)
