: hi yes the breakfast is going well with a vegetable and fruit smoothie with protein shake that is sweetened with stevia. Or I have a frittatta omelette with potatoes, vegetables and cheese. Never eaten so many eggs but I am feeling better for it. Didn't have any really bad sugar cravings last night which is good but noticed I only really get them when bored or stressed.
