: Hi; Sorry to hear of your struggles but you are in the right place.
This is what helps me in journal work. I devote about three times as much time
: to it - actually allowing myself space to really THINK.
Sometimes I sketch funny doodles to get to what my blocks are about achieving and maintaining good health.It helps to challenge myself to make a small needed change for a certain length of time. Right now I am on day two of advanced stretching exercises whilst feeling totally disinclined to do them :h11) . I know it will get better as will your journey onward..
