Stretching. Day 4

I have set myself a small challenge to do more of my stretching exercises
(Must confess I have just added another 15 minutes of stretching which is not much but will give me a total of 30 minutes a day.)
Setting challenges has helped my very much in other areas o.f my health journey here on RR.This is another much needed piece of the puzzle.
Is there anyone out there stretching with me, apart from the cats and dogs I mean. :h11)
