Ok, so you made me smile...I don't think I would have chosen a pizza place as

You did a great job. This is a real breakthrough. You tried it and didn't die

Well, I think that is true for Chatanoogna. But you have LOTS of steak houses and they
all have baked potatoes. I looked at them on line. Mexican food has corn tortilla which is whole grain.

Go to a steak house, get a steak and a baked potato. and a double order of veggies.
Ask them if they put sugar in the veggies SOme steak houses do. Come to Ranch and we will teach you how to order, LOL.
It is part of the curriculum.
