Ok, let's review what you have shared

Ok, so you made me smile...I don't think I would have chosen a pizza place as
you first restaurant place.

Well, I think that is true for Chatanoogna. But you have LOTS of steak houses and they
all have baked potatoes. I looked at them on line. Mexican food has corn tortilla which is whole grain.

Go to a steak house, get a steak and a baked potato. and a double order of veggies.
Ask them if they put sugar in the veggies :h3) SOme steak houses do. Come to Ranch and we will teach you how to order, LOL.
It is part of the curriculum.
