No, it doesn't seem silly at all to say that you feel great! :h2)

Yes, definitely try eating breakfast before that length of exercise.
Lots of us like smoothie first, heartier breakfast after. But everyone
is different. Eggs and toast might be great for you first. But that
will definitely help your biochemistry, to get that breakfast in as
soon as you can after you wake up, and especially before
exercising.

I read your other post about eating out. Steakhouses also often
have sweet potatoes, which you can order plain. They even put
sugar in the butter! I get salmon grilled plain or steak, double
veggies and a sweet potato, and a salad without croutons with
oil on the side for dressing. Oil and salt is pretty good on salad.
