Re: Stretching. Day 4

I'm stretching here with you :h12)
Before breakfast, in midday, and before bed - about 10-15 minutes each.
I also do cardio rehab and stretch there, among other things,
but the home-stretchies I do because my body just really needs it.

Pre-surgery I was really out of shape.....lots of running after my own tail, but no healthy stretching to speak of.
Post-surgery, joints & muscles became really rusty.
Time to move.

So I added stretching throughout the day in addition to rehab & walking.
My body comes alive when I stretch :h4)

I am a great believer that the dogs and the cats are often terrific role models :h6)
