Re: Stretching. Day5

I find stretching in winter has the added benefit of waking up my blood circulation, which then warms my whole body.

When cold, I unintentionally scrunch up my muscles in an effort to keep warm. Then I just stay that way for hours. Immobility and scrunched-up muscles make for *creaky* joints.

So I've made it my intention to stretch periodically throughout the day.
It makes a huge difference all around.
