I always love reading your descriptions of foods, mosaic.
I also like "crispy fish." It's especially yummy.

Mu superfoods are shake of course, oats, eggs, sweet potatoes, green beans, tuna fish, black beans, nuts, broccoli, avocados, and Daiya cheese to make things stick together in the bowl!
