Hi Mosaic ...thank you for greeting me...I do not blame anyone for giving up on me...I finished my fourth day on Step one...2 sausage...Cherrios with almondmilk ....a bit late...need to not let myself get busy with other things...I am having trouble getting on to Step One Group...I do not remember my password or email address with Yahoo...Tried several times to regain it or start a new one....I will call them today...I am seeing that this is a life giving program...I had a fall and hip fracture in Dec and having a lot of foul moods ....I will stick to this as I bin gaining sobriety from alcohol...thanks again for your support...Char
