:Mosaic I agree an can identify with every stage of your cooking enjoyment stages. I grew up in England and learned as you did about making pastries,pies and very wholesome meals.
Step three was also my step of great change. I don't ever get too hungry with the three balanced meals :h11) :h11) :h11)
.I just celebrated 5 years of staying within three pounds of the same weight and can now say that my menus and meal plans must have variety and also the enjoyment of cooking.Time must be spent just thinking about meals in depth.
I think a huge factor with step three is that no matter how little time we have , we still
realize the importance of health in mind, body and spirit.
My favorite menus now include cauliflower cheese, salmon croquettes and large salads from the local grocery store. .
