I did steps from the beginning without wheat, because I had known for years we didn't get on well
everything else sorted itself out in time, specially working with step seven when I really got the chance to really listen to what my body says
I'm not vegetarian but I do include vegetarian recipes and besides, non meat Mondays A favourite resource is Manjulas Kitchen. She has demonstrations on you tube. Look up besan puda gram flour Dosa . Is a fantastic flatbread and so adaptable
I find any food you'd eat through the day is an acceptable breakfast food, which gives so much more scope. I make extra servings and either reheat it or cold if its suitable. Buckwheat pancakes are also teriffic So what are your favourite
dishes?
