Re: resistance
In Response To: resistance ()

Hi Maria,

I tried things my own way for as long as I needed to. I got to a point
where I realized that when I followed this program as Kathleen wrote it,
I felt my best and got results. So I did.

Another thing that helped (when I got to step 6) was that I gave myself
a set amount of time to see if I liked it, then I could reassess and see if
I wanted to go back. I never did.

So I'd recommend really committing for an easy amount of time for yourself,
like 30 days, then reassessing and seeing if you feel better or worse or the
same. It's part of unbalanced brain chemistry too to be unable to really
follow through on things, so don't feel bad. It gets easier as we heal.
