Definitely try the home-made jerky! I made some when we first got the dehydrator and it's heads and shoulders above what you can get in the store. The hardest part was slicing the meat thinly. If I ever made it again I would have the butcher slice it for me.

I've been having fun trying out some different breakfasts over the last few days. Yum!
