Hi Maria,

I've been on step 7 for a little over 11 years. I started the steps in earnest about a year before that. I'd done parts of the program in the years before that too, like eating breakfast or paying attention to protein. Every part of the program I tried helped me in some way. I was doing things in life that required me to have good brain power and strong endurance, so that convinced me to go all in with the steps.

Observing is a helpful part of the process--good you are doing that. And eating breakfast of course!
